Multi-Color Decals

An easy way to make a multi color vinyl decal is to print it, then cut out the shape. Of course, thats obvious isnt it. What would you do if you have a cutting machine, but not the a 2in1 printing and cutting machine?

Due to the extremely high cost of the 2in1 machine, and the high maintenance cost of good quality UV resistant ink, I decided to buy the cutting only machine… but I keep getting orders for multi color designs.. so what can I do about it?

I offer this solution, multi layer vinyl decals for custom designs. In this example, a customer sends me a design. I will review if it is possible to make using my limited production ability.

Picture with shading, but only outline is needed. This is a preview file for customer.

Designs that are not possible to make are those with gray tones or shading, or are too complicated for a very small size cutout. Sometimes I receive a picture that is not possible to make, but with modifications it might be possible, I will make a preview for the customer to consider.

After customer agrees on how the design looks and okays the price, the cut will be made. Next few pictures shows the Pikachu being made. .. Did you notice the little enhancements that were made such that decal turned out better than the original picture Yes, I added white spots for the eyes, and a red patch for the cheek. .. so long as everybody is happy with the end results.
